It happened to you
[My] piece is the back plate of a Benedicts Cross, an old medal with the rite of exorcism engraved in it. When I got it a year and a half ago I was at the worst point that I had reached with my addictions and relationships and was very much in need of healing, which the prayer on the cross is, essentially. I had been wearing one of the medals with this symbol on it for a while, since 2001, and decided to take it a bit deeper and a bit more seriously. A year ago in August, Zach at Psycho Tattoo in Sandy Springs (Atlanta) put it down on paper and then into skin. I didn't get sober right away, but it did give me a reminder that there is something bigger than myself out there pulling for me, and in 9 days I'll be sober for a full year. ~ Tim Mason, Atlanta, GA
Tattoos and body art help many people confront personal issues as well as express the end results. One of our characters Nash, tells a similar story in our script. Thanks for the message Tim
